Bush announces new Piracy Czar

Bush appoints a new Czar.

In this case a czar to battle in the War on Piracy. And when they say piracy, they mean of course copyright infringement. And when they say war, they mean of course protection of corporate profits. And when they say czar, they mean of course, um... media relations management?

Well those other wars seem to be working out so well, why not one more?
